This apartment is located in the historical center of Buenos Aires (Zone North) in the Retiro district, which is known for its magnificent architecture. It is just 40 meters to one of the most famous streets of the town, the pedestrian zone “Florida”. There is the impressive and famous shopping center “Galerias Pacifico”. If you walk 300 meters down the pedestrian zone, you’ll get to “Plaza San Martin”, the nicest park of the center. It´s also just 300 meters to the AV 9 de Julio, the widest street of the world. After 500 meters in the direction of the Atlantic coast, you’ll get to the port “Puerto Madero”, one of the biggest points of attraction of the town.

From this apartment you can easily explore the most important places and sights of the town, for example: the obelisque, the Teatro Colon, the national congress, the Casa Rosada, the Plaza de Mayo, the national reserve of the town, the Retiro station or the cemetery La Recoleta. Museums, restaurants, tangerias-shows, cinemas, cybercafés, pubs, supermarkets and banks are also near by. Not to be missed are the so called "Milongas", tango salons, where argentinian tango can be enjoyed in its traditional environment.

The apartment has a living area of 50 m² with 2 bedrooms. Located on the 5 floor (with lift), it is bright, sunny and peaceful, because it is on the top floor of the building, facing away from the street. The house was built in the characteristic architectural style of the thirties and fifties. 1930-1950. There are only 2 apartments on this floor.

The apartment is located just off the famous pedestrian shopping passage "Florida".
