The Apartment is located in the "historical center of Buenos Aires", in the heart of "San Telmo" district (old Town). It’s only 250 meters to the famous "Plaza Dorrego", and 300 meters to the "Puerto Madero" - a point of attraction for locals and tourists. There you'll find the best restaurants, bars, pubs, tango shows, drugstores, a cinema complex and lots more.

The natural reserve is behind the port, a paradise through which you can walk to the Atlantic coast. It´s just 15 minutes walk to Plaza de Mayo. In this area one can explore several historical places and sights, for example the antique market (Sundays), the central market, the church San Telmo, the park Le Zama, traditional bars and pubs, tangerias shows, Resto bars and museums. Supermarkets, wash salons, internet cafes, Locutorius and banks are near by- as is the famous “La Boca” district and much more. Not to be missed are the so called "Milongas", tango salons, where argentinian tango can be enjoyed in its traditional environment.

The apartment is renovated and equipped with new furniture.

Located on the second floor (no lift) of a three-storey, quiet historical building, the apartment contains a bedroom and a living room both together of 30 m².

* Over the Christmas & New Year: (up to 14 nights) increased by 10% - from 14 nights no increased!
